  Application of high-purity carbon black in microwave-absorbing materials

  1. The single-layer structure absorbing mineral wool board with acetylene carbon black as the absorbing agent only has good absorbing performance in a narrow frequency band. The method to obtain good absorbing performance in a wide frequency range is to use multi-layer structure absorb wave body.

  2. Different absorbing effects can be obtained by adjusting the carbon black content of the matching layer and the absorbing layer. The absorbing performance decreases with the increase of the carbon black content in the matching layer, and increases with the increase of the carbon black content in the absorbing layer. When the carbon black content in the matching layer is 1%, and the carbon black content in the absorbing layer is 5%, the reflectance of the sample is less than –10dB in the range of 2-18 GHz; when the carbon black content in the matching layer is 1%, the absorbing layer When the carbon black content is 4%, the minimum reflectance can reach –41.5dB.
