How to achieve energy saving and environmental protection in the production of carbon black

  Carbon black should pay attention to the problem of energy saving and consumption reduction in the production process. This can not only reduce the loss of raw materials, but also plays a key role in environmental protection. When we produce carbon black, we can take the following methods.

  1. Fully integrated. Make good use of excess coke oven gas, coal tar, pure oxygen and other resources for carbon black production equipment to reduce production costs and improve economic benefits.

  2. Reasonable design. Efficient on-line heat exchange equipment, making full use of the physical sensible heat of carbon black flue gas to preheat the temperature of materials such as air and raw material oil used for combustion, and generate low-pressure steam, which is used for temperature tracing of production system pipelines, oil tanks, etc. and operating rooms for heating.

  3. Set up the tail gas boiler to recycle the chemical heat of carbon black tail gas to generate 5.29MPa, 480℃ superheated sub-high pressure steam for power generation.

  4. Oxygen-enriched production technology is adopted to increase the production capacity of the device and reduce production energy consumption.

  5. Set up a tail gas dehydration device to remove the water vapor in the carbon black tail gas, increase the calorific value of the tail gas, use the high calorific value tail gas for the tail gas boiler to generate electricity, or use it to replace part of the coke furnace used for coking, so as to improve the operating efficiency of the boiler As well as the safety and the production load of the methanol plant to improve production efficiency.
