1. Air flotation method
After the waste water is simply treated by the grid, the large particles of impurities are removed, and then flows into the sump. After dosing and stirring, it is moved to the inclined plate sedimentation tank. The supernatant after precipitation enters the air flotation tank, and enters the dissolved air tank through the reflux pump, and other sundries are directly discharged. The scum and precipitated sludge scraped by the slag scraping equipment enter the sludge thickening tank, and then dehydrated by the vacuum filter press to make a mud cake, which is recycled, and the filtrate flows to the sump.
2. Oil agglomeration method
Add a certain amount of neutral oil (kerosene, heavy oil, gasoline, etc.) The filter cake was washed with carbon, and solid carbon black was obtained after filtration and drying.
Most of the wastewater treatment after modern carbon black production is to recycle the waste as much as possible, which not only solves the problem of random discharge of sewage, but also realizes rational utilization again.
