Conductive carbon black refers to carbon black with low or high resistance, which mainly plays the role of imparting conductivity and antistatic to products. As a functional high-conductivity filler, superconductive carbon black is mainly used in electrical conduction, antistatic, coating, plastic, rubber, ink, battery, cable and other products.

  1. Adding superconducting carbon black to rubber can make the rubber antistatic and conductive. Used in natural rubber and chloroprene rubber, the carbon black produced will increase with the increase of temperature.

  2. Superconducting carbon black is used in coatings, and can be used on the inner walls of petrochemical storage tanks and conductive floors to prevent fires and explosions caused by static electricity. Used on the bottom of the ship, it can effectively prevent marine organisms from adhering to the bottom of the ship and effectively prevent pollution.

  3. Superconducting carbon black used in plastics can be used to develop antistatic materials, semiconductor materials, etc.

  4. When superconducting carbon black is used in lithium batteries, the effect can be achieved by adding a small amount, which can increase the amount of active materials added, greatly improving the current density and battery capacity of the battery, thereby prolonging the service life.

  5. Superconductive carbon black is used in conductive adhesives, which can play a role in bonding and conduct electricity.

  Features of superconducting carbon black:

  1. High conductivity: superconducting carbon black has small particle size, large specific surface area, high structure, and can achieve excellent conductivity with a small amount of addition, which can make the product have lifelong conductivity and anti-static performance.

  2. High dispersibility: easy to mix, well balanced electrical conductivity and mechanical properties, and finally make the resulting product smooth.

  3. High purity: Excellent production technology enables it to obtain higher purity, thereby reducing ash and metal content.

  Dosage of superconducting carbon black:

The same effect can be achieved when the amount of superconducting carbon black used is 1/2 to 1/5 of that of ordinary carbon black.
