The quality of the rubber sealing strip affects the appearance effect and the overall sealing construction quality. In order to ensure the quality, it must be strictly implemented in accordance with the standards, so how to implement the rubber sealing strip standard?
Vulcanization standard of rubber sealing strip:
Rubber sealing strips can be divided into intermittent vulcanization, discontinuous vulcanization and continuous vulcanization. Intermittent vulcanization is to put one end of the cut rubber strip into the vulcanization tank for vulcanization, which plays a role in shaping; the standard of discontinuous vulcanization is to ensure that the finished product should be soft, smooth and flat; the standard of continuous vulcanization is the same as that of discontinuous vulcanization, except that Cutting is not performed during the production process.
Inspection standards for rubber sealing strips:
1. When checking the standard quality of the rubber sealing strip, you can cut one end of the rubber sealing strip to see if it is dense and free of air holes.
2. Check whether the shape of the rubber sealing strip is cracked and whether the surface is smooth.
3. Cut a small piece of rubber sealing strip and put it in a container with water to observe its expansion rate.
4. The expanded rubber sealing strip becomes spongy, and observe whether there are cracks.
National standard of rubber sealing strip:
The name of the GB/T 33326-2016 standard is rubber sealing strips for flat-panel solar collectors, and it was implemented in July 2017.
The name of the GB/T 27568-2011 standard is rail vehicle door and window rubber seals, and it was implemented in May 2012.
Rubber sealant industry standard:
The name of the QC/T 639-2004 standard is rubber seals for automobiles, which was implemented in April 2005.
How to check whether the rubber sealing strip is good or not:
1. Check whether the appearance color of the product is pure and slightly dull
2. Smell whether the product has an aromatic taste.
3. Check whether the product is smooth and not rough.
4. Check the tensile strength. If the strength is low, burn it with fire to see how much is burnt.
