Taiwan-funded listed company International SinoRubber Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. announced a capital increase of US$15 million in its mainland China subsidiary China Rubber (Anshan) Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
The company increased the capital of US$15 million to the investment company CSRC (BVI), and transferred the same amount to China Rubber Singapore Co., Ltd., and then indirectly increased the capital to China Rubber (Anshan) Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
China Rubber Anshan is mainly engaged in the production and sales of carbon black, and has received an investment of 135 million US dollars so far.
China Rubber International, headquartered in Taiwan, China, is a world-renowned carbon black manufacturer, with an investment of US$252 million in mainland China. The company currently has 8 factories in North America, China, India and other countries and regions, with an annual production capacity of 790,000 tons, ranking sixth among global carbon black producers.
